Life be life-ing, and I totally get it. As a mom and small business owner, I know things come up—and I always aim to lead with grace, compassion, and understanding (just like I hope my clients would with me).
That said, here’s the breakdown:
• Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund—no hard feelings.
• Need to reschedule? I’m happy to do so with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Anything less than 24 hours is totally at my discretion, depending on the situation and availability.
No-shows or super last-minute changes can be tough on small businesses like mine, so communication is everything. Just reach out—I’ll always do my best to work with you.
